We have chosen to highlight our delicious hot sauces in different categories, as Chili peppers are available in 100's of varieties from multiple regions with each having their own unique profile. Because of this it is challenging to know the source of your chili's unless you know the seed is authentic and you grow it yourself.
Of all the chili's available, Habanero's are a fan favourite however we also use Serrano and Jalapeño peppers for those who prefer a little less heat and a lot more flavour.

The red habanero ranges from 100,000 - 350,000 (SHU) that puts it up there in heat intensity but still not as hot as other chili's
These peppers are grown in various regions and can have different heat intensities depending on a number of factors. Our preference is to source locally but when we have to our goal is to secure the freshest peppers from the Caribbean.
Habanero peppers were one of the first we started with and we will continue to create great tasting sauce with Red Habanero as one of the base ingredients.

When it comes to orange habanero peppers there are a number of them that fall under this category. Scotch Bonnet are orange and a variety of the same species but they are on the higher side of the Scoville Heat Unit scale. We like scotch bonnet and always try to separate them from the other orange habaneros when we receive a shipment from the Caribbean if we can't source locally.
They can be sweet with earthy undertones or offering moderate heat to just plain hot!
They may not look it but these bad boys range from 150,000 - 350,000 (SHU) But many will tell you there red cousin is hotter.

There is not much to say about the Yellow Habanero as they speak for themselves in terms of being unique sweet heat.
Once you taste any of our signature hot sauce made with these babies you will immediately know what we mean.
The Yellow Habanero look tame but don't be fooled. Sure they may not look fully ripe but are somewhere in the 200,000 - 350,000 (SHU) range, so it can pack a real punch.
They can have a fruity flavour and become part of an awesome hot sauce when properly paired.
We don't make a lot of bottles with the yellow habanero but when we do, they don't last long.
Definitely 4 Rings of Fire for any of the awesome flavours made with these bad boys.
