While many hot sauce companies use the familiar Chili Pepper to indicate the heat rating of the particular sauce; at Hi Guys Hot Sauce we chose a Burning Ring of Fire instead.
1 burning ring being quite mild and
5 burning rings being very hot and not for all.
Whether you are new or experienced with enjoying hot sauce you will know what the burning rings represent.
If you have never tried hot sauce before we strongly suggest you start with fewer burning rings and slowly work your way up.
Keep in mind that the majority of our finely crafted homemade hot sauces are flavoured to appeal to a diverse crowd and may not be as hot as you have tried elsewhere.
